CHF will be offering the CHIC DNA Banking Clinic Wednesday through Saturday in Virginia Beach chaired by Nancy Kelso, DVM.  We will be set up next to the photographer.   We will have the hours, probably 2-3 hours daily, posted at the CHF tables.  We will make announcements too.  We are asking people to download and fill out their forms prior to coming for blood collection.  This collection is simple and will not affect your dog in anyway.  Their legs will NOT be shaved for the collection.  We have experienced Veterinarians and Vet Techs that will be doing the collection.  There is no cost to you!  We just need a little of your time and a little of your Collie’s blood.  If you have Veterans or Collies with any health issues, please bank them now.  You will be able to update their record with CHIC and have access to their DNA when new health tests become available.  Their DNA will last forever.  Contact Information for reservations and questions:
