Test Name: CEA

Description: A recessively inherited eye disorder that causes abnormal development of the choroid – an important layer of tissue under the retina of the eye.

Testing organization: MARS Wisdom Health

This test is part of the Optimal Selection Canine Genetic Analysis.  OptiGen is not sure when they will stop running this test do to MARS purchase of them.  The CHF Board has authorized a rebate for Optimal Selection starting immediately.  This will be an “add on” to the panel which will cost 20 Euros or about $25.  The lab is in Finland and that is why prices are in Euros.

Regular Price: $129 without out CEA and approximately $154 including CEA.

Rebates:  The rebate without CEA is $90.  Adding CEA, the rebate will be $110.  Email receipt to Assistant Treasurer at  assistanttreas@colliehealth.org  This rebate is in effect until 12/31/19 and is for Rough and Smooth Collies only.
